Talk Forward is the feature to allow the audiologist to talk to the patient through a microphone.  The patient then hears spoken words through the conduction that has been selected (speakers, headphone, etc...).

Talk Back is the feature to allow the patient to talk to the audiologist through a microphone.  The audiologist then hears the patient through a headphone.
